Job purpose

We have an exciting opportunity to work as an Admin and Business Support Officer, to support the Housing Service administration.


Working across the service, you will liaise with internal and external customers such as tenants, contractors, and management team, in relation to enquiries about repairs, invoices, health and safety and compliance


 

You will

You will be customer focused providing a comprehensive approach through our reception areas. Whilst being accurate, and with great attention to detail you will be responsible for maintaining information for customer records and raising repairs work. With your excellent communication skills, you will liaise with the Housing Management team, and managed contractors to ensure the smooth running of services. You will be driven and motivated supporting senior management all aspects of their day to day running of the business and includes minute taking, managing data and delivering on all aspects of service delivery to deadlines


 

Requirements of post

As an Admin and Business Support Officer you will use your communication skills to liaise with colleagues to provide excellent customer care when resolving and responding to a variety of enquires. With your strong organisational skills, you will be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; ensuring telephone enquiries are answered in an efficient manner. You will also use your strong IT skills to carry out general administrative tasks and some roles may require you to support meetings by taking notes and minutes.
