Job purpose

The ideal candidate for this post would ensure customers are served drinks and snacks with the correct tariff charged in a timely manner.

They will ensure areas are stocked to be able to provide a service whilst maintaining clean and tidy work and public areas.

They will deal with any customer issues that may arise on shift.

They will be responsible for reconciling their till at the end of their shift.

You will

Ensure stock is available for events and rotated.

Adhere to all regulations especially Food Hygiene and Liquor Licensing Laws.

Ensure a clean and tidy working environment.

Ensure cash reconciliation in accordance with procedures.

Ensure good customer service at all times.

Requirements of the post

Must be over 18 years of age.

Proven experience in a bar/catering environment.

Cash/card handling experience and numeracy skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Must be numerate and literate.

Health & Safety/Food Safety certificates.

Additional information

The salary for this post is £10.49 per hour.
