Job purpose

You will be required to provide cleaning services at DOCK, which workspaces and a community for Leicester's tech businesses.

You will

Undertake cleaning duties to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of buildings and external areas.

Monitor and maintain cleaning materials, supplies and equipment.

Monitor the condition of the building, services, furniture and equipment, reporting problems to the supervisor.

Remove and clean up any unpleasant substances using appropriate materials.

Requirements of post

Experience of building cleaning.

Experience in correct and safe use of cleaning materials, chemicals and equipment.

Awareness of Health & Safety.

Willing and able to work early mornings. Some occasional evening and weekend working may be required.

Additional information

The salary for this post is £4,692 - £4,786 per annum.

This is a part time post to be worked 10 hours per week - the exact working pattern will be discussed at interview.
