Salary: £38,813 to £41,675 per annum plus a New Starter Allowance of £4,000*
Hours: Full Time - 37 hours per week, flexible and part-time working will be considered
* The New Starter Allowance will be payable on successful completion of the probationary period and subject to terms and conditions of employment.
You will be Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive entitled to practice. As a great communicator you must be able to demonstrate an excellent oral and written communication skills as well as demonstrable skills and strengths in negotiation, drafting, persuading and influencing.
You will be required to demonstrate advocacy skills and a willingness to undertake advocacy. To succeed in this role you will have recent in-depth knowledge and post qualification experience in Child Care litigation.
