Your role

At Leicester City Council, we are changing the way we deliver adult social care and support services. We work within a wider context of individual’s own abilities , family and wider community support in a strength based approach. We work very closely with our Health colleagues in the Integrated Locality Teams to maintain the health and wellbeing of people in Leicester is a shared responsibility.


Be part of our positive, an excellent Supported Residence Care Team and the Duty Hub and help improve dignity, independence and quality of life for people in Leicester.

You will need

Candidates will need to demonstrate a commitment to working in partnership with service users and carers to assess needs, identify outcomes and plan support to meet these. Excellent assessment, risk management, organisational and communication skills are essential.


We are looking for post holders who are qualified in Social Work (or equivalent- please view person specification) and HCPC registered. The role we offer is open to those who are experienced Social Workers as well as newly qualified graduates. Please view career progression for further details.

1 x Permanent, Part Time (18.5 hours)


1 x Fixed term for 12 months to cover maternity leave, Full Time
