Our York House office
York House is home to our Customer Service teams who handle a variety of enquiries, service requests and complaints about council services. It is probably the office that has most contact with the residents of Leicester. The team here offer people the best advice on how to deal with their queries or challenges. This could involve using one of our self-service kiosks, phoning the appropriate council department or speaking to an advisor.
Being based in the city centre means you’ll find plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants close by. It also means getting here’s easy. We’re around a two-minute walk from Leicester train station and a ten-minute walk from St Margaret's Bus Station. If you’re a cyclist, there’s a secure bike storage area, as well as showers and changing facilities onsite.
